It's an Anime-esque parody of The Grim Adventures of Billy & Mandy itself. Not much is known about the plot, but from what little we see it's about Brandon, Mallory, Radical Reaper and their monkey pal Dickie Galoot as they fight the Lord of Chaos and his evil ninja assassins, while also being in a band.
The show first appears in the episode Hurter Monkey, where Grim uses his magic to bring Galoot out of the show after Billy and Mandy talk about how even a monkey could do his job, and with less complaining. When Grim wants to take his job as their chore monkey back, Dickie talks to the reaper about how much he admires his simple life, how working with Brandon and Mallory has driven him crazy, and that he's not prepeared to give it up. The two then have a "clean off" to determine who will stay and who will leave, but ultimately Grim wins the battle and uses his magic once again for Brandon to pull Dickie back into the show.
It then has a brief cameo in The Show that Dare Not Speak Its Name, where Billy is briefly seen watching the show before blowing the entire tv to smithereens with a giant lazer gun out of boredom.
