Creeper was Boogey's henchman in the movie, "Billy and Mandy's Big Boogey Adventure."
Creeper was a green monster with long black hair, a gigantic down-pointing nose and goggles.
Creeper residence is in The Underworld. Creeper has no aliases. Creeper has no family. Creeper's species is a monster. Creeper's occupation is working as Boogey's henchman. Creeper has no powers and abilities.
Creeper created Billybot and Mandroid to destroy Billy and Mandy, but they malfunctioned and instead helped Billy and Mandy defeat him and Boogey. He is voiced by Greg Ellis.

- Creeper says that Boogey broke his will with his sleep spell. This could be why creeper worked for him on the ship.
- Creeper appears slightly similar to the creature of the same name from Scooby-Doo.
