He's a long nose, gray hair and stubble. He is dressed in typical Scottish clothing.
Biography[]
Is the scoutmaster of the Person Scouts with a Scottish accent. He was first seen in Recipe for Disaster when he awarded the main Person Scouts (Billy, Mandy, Grim and Pud'n) the ultra cookie badge for selling a zillion of Aunt Kali's Cookies, then what he realized that Aunt Kali's Cookies was full of bugs (night-crawlers, mashed crickets and dung beetles) then later he said "Boy, those are good cookies". He makes a cameo in Little Rock of Horror as a victim of a Brain Eating Meteor. His latest appearance was in Grim in Love where he becomes a bridge for Malaria.
