Estroy
Estroy is Hector Con Carne's arch-rival in world domination. He is a villain from Evil Con Carne. He wears a metal mask to hide his immense beauty, as seen in the episode "The HCCBDD". He was voiced by Maurice LaMarche.
Trivia[]
- He is based on Destro from GI Joe. Both are characters who wear metal masks and both characters names are the word "destroy" missing one letter.
