General Skarr buys a home in Endsville and becomes Billy's neighbour. Then, after Skarr invites Billy to his new house, Billy mentions Grim's scythe as the most powerful weapon in the universe, and Skarr tries to battle his desire to be evil again. Eventually, Skarr steals the scythe, but Mandy proves to be scarier than he is and takes it back.

TriviaEdit

• This maybe the second appearance of Skarr, but this marks the first time as being the new neighbor in Endsville.
• When Billy had "the hot-pants ray-gun" in his hand, and used it in Skarr, he never pulled the trigger.
• When Skarr says "Stop It!", he turns his head. His reflection in the war plate was looking the same direction as he was looking.
