Happy New Year

It's now 2013 (well, in my timezone, anyways). How did you spend this New Year's Eve? My family celebrated with fireworks and a feast of cold cuts, wine, paninis, pasta, soda, chicken, grapes, pies, and some watermelons. I got drunk after two bottles of wine (and feeling quite lightheaded right now). No matter how you spent this New Year's Eve, I hope it was for the best. I'm hoping this year will show more progress than 2012. If I were an optimistic guy, I'd say it's new a chance for every person to start anew. But I'm a pragmatic piece of garbage so I won't bother with any of that sappy stuff. Happy New Year, all.
